Text
Subdivision 1.Establishment.
The Minnesota conservation fund is established as an account in the state treasury. Money from counties under section40A.152must be deposited in the state treasury and credited one-half to the Minnesota conservation fund account and one-half to the general fund.
Subd. 2.Use of fund.
Money in the fund is annually appropriated to the commissioner of revenue to reimburse taxing jurisdictions as provided in sections273.119and473H.10.
