Text
Within 18 months of the activation of a park district, the board for such park district shall develop and approve a written plan for development of parks within the district. Certified copies of such plan shall be recorded by the secretary of the board with the county recorders for the counties having land within the district and with the Department of Natural Resources. Such plans shall be revised and brought up to date at least every five years.
