Text
All funds under the control of the park district board are to be kept in depositories selected in the manner provided for the deposit of county funds insofar as those proceedings are applicable. Deposits are to be secured as provided in the case of county funds. The county treasurer shall serve as the treasurer of the board and in multicounty districts, the county treasurer of the county containing the largest portion of the district shall so serve. The treasurer shall receive and be responsible for all moneys of the district, from whatever source derived, and the same shall be considered public funds.
