Text
Subdivision 1.Adoption, filing.
To establish such system the board of county commissioners of such county may adopt a resolution and file a certified copy in the office of the county auditor.
Subd. 2.Established on filing.
Upon filing of such resolution the civil service personnel system in the sheriff's office of such county is established.
