Subdivision 1.Election.

(a)The officers of the board of the corporation shall consist of the chair, vice-chair, secretary, treasurer, and other officers as the board shall from time to time deem necessary. The board shall elect officers by a majority vote of the board at the annual meeting, or in the case of the initial board, at the first meeting following appointment by the county board.
(b)Any of the offices or functions, with the exception of the chair and vice-chair, may be held or exercised by the same person. Subd. 2.Removal. An officer may be removed without cause by a two-thirds majority vote of the board of the corporation.
