Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of section398.09, the Board of Park District Commissioners of the Three Rivers Park District, before acquiring by purchase or condemnation real estate located within the boundaries of any organized town in Hennepin County, shall secure the consent of the town board of such town to such acquisition, by resolution duly adopted by such board.
