Subdivision 1.Consequences for employee; injunction. No persons shall interfere with the rights of any person in the examination process, or falsely mark, grade, or report the examination or standing of any person examined or aid in so doing, or furnish to any person, except in answer to inquiries of the Human Resources Board, any information for the purpose of changing the rating of any person. No applicant or employee shall falsify an application or record for the purpose of improving prospects for employment. No person shall by means of threats or coercion induce or attempt to induce any person holding a position in the classified service to resign. A violation of this subdivision is cause for dismissal, other discipline, or disqualification from the classified service of the county. I
