Subdivision 1.For sections383B.26to383B.42. For the purposes of sections383B.26to383B.42and rules promulgated under them, unless the context clearly indicates that a different meaning is intended, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2.Board. "Board" means the county Human Resources Board. Subd.
