Text

Subdivision 1.Contracts. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections373.01and373.02, the administrator has authority to enter into contracts for the purchase of goods, materials, supplies, equipment or services under the terms, conditions or restrictions contained in sections383B.141to383B.151or of any resolution of the board. Authority to enter into price agreements may be delegated to the administrator, who may authorize heads of departments to make purchases within the scope of the agreements. Subd.
