Text
Subdivision 1.At corrections facility.
The board, upon the recommendations of the county administrator and the superintendent, is authorized to establish, equip, maintain, and operate at the corrections facility a factory for the manufacture, processing, repairing, and production of goods, wares, and merchandise and for that purpose to make use of the labor of inmates and to employ a staff which the board determines necessary for the proper instruction and employment of inmates.
Subd. 2.Must set procedures for sales, price, service charge.
