Subdivision 1.Financial statements. Annually, the board of commissioners shall cause to be prepared a financial report, including financial statements for all of the funds of the county of Hennepin prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Subd.

2.MS 1990 [Repealed,1991 c 345 art 1 s 117] Subd. 3.Publication and distribution. The board of commissioners shall publish the annual financial statements in accordance with the requirements of section375.17. The annual audited financial statements shall be made available for public inspection upon request.
