Text
A county board appropriating money as provided in section375.79shall, at the same meeting, or some subsequent meeting, appoint a county resident to supervise and have full charge of the exhibit and of the disbursement of the appropriation. The county board shall set the compensation for the position at the same meeting at which the person is appointed. Compensation shall be paid out of the appropriation made for the exhibit.
