Text

A county board, for the purpose of assisting to maintain an exhibit of the products of the county at the Minnesota State Fair, may appropriate out of the general revenue fund of the county, not more than $1,000, not including money received by the county as premiums or prizes at the state fair for that year. All money derived from premiums or prizes for the county exhibit at the State Fair shall be paid into the treasury of the county.
