Text
A personnel administration system established pursuant to sections375.56to375.69may be abolished at any time by resolution of the county board adopted by a majority of all its members. Upon adoption of the resolution, the personnel department shall cease to exist and the status of all departments, commissions, and employees shall be the same as if no personnel administration system had been established.
