Text
Subdivision 1.Anytime.
The board at any time may rescind the resolution establishing the office of county coordinator. Any duties and responsibilities previously assigned to the county coordinator, upon adoption of the rescinding resolution, shall be vested in the officer or department which had responsibility for the function before the transfer of the function to the county coordinator.
Subd. 2.Except Hennepin County.
This section does not apply to Hennepin County.
