Text
The county board shall provide offices at the county seat for the auditor, treasurer, county recorder, sheriff, court administrator of the district court, and an office for the county engineer at a site determined by the county board, with suitable furniture and safes and vaults for the security and preservation of the books and papers of the offices, and provide heating, lighting, and maintenance of the offices. The board shall furnish all county officers with all books, stationery, letterheads, envelopes, postage, telephone service, office equipment, electronic technology, and supplies necessary to the discharge of their respective duties. The board is not required to furnish any county officer with professional or technical books or instruments except when the board deems them directly
