Subdivision 1.Option A; five-member town board. A town may provide for a five-member board of supervisors as provided in sections367.30to367.36. This is option A. Subd. 2.Option B; appointment of clerk and treasurer. A town may provide for the appointment by the town board of its clerk or treasurer, or both, or if combined pursuant to the adoption of option D as defined in subdivision 4, its clerk-treasurer, as provided in sections367.30to367.36. This is option B. Subd. 3.Option C; town administrator. A town may provide for the appointment of an administrator as provided in sections367.30to367.36. This is option C.
