Text

Subdivision 1.By county auditor. The county auditor shall immediately send a certified copy of the county board's resolution dissolving a town to the secretary of state. The secretary of state shall then record the dissolution. Subd. 2.Copies. The county auditor shall also send a copy of the notice of the dissolution to:

(1)the state demographer, (2) the Minnesota Geospatial Information Office, (3) the chief administrative law judge of the state Office of Administrative Hearings, and (4) the commissioner of transportation.
