Subdivision 1. [Repealed,2007 c 134 art 2 s 50] Subd. 1a.Pre-July 1, 1989, members: rule of 90. Upon termination of public service under section353.01, subdivision 11a, a person who first became a public employee or a member of a pension fund listed in section356.30, subdivision 3, before July 1, 1989, and whose attained age plus credited allowable service totals 90 years is entitled upon application to a retirement annuity in an amount equal to the applicable normal annuity provided in section353.29, subdivision 3, paragraph (a); section353.651, subdivision 3; or section353E.04, subdivision 3.
