Section356.637applies if an employee is erroneously covered by:
(1)the correctional employees retirement plan when the employee should have been covered by one of the other plans specified in section356.637; or
(2)a plan specified in section356.637, other than the correctional employees retirement plan, when the employee should have been covered by the correctional employees retirement plan.
