Text
When a license is suspended or revoked under the provisions of sections349.30to349.39, the owner of the premises upon which any licensed business has been operated shall not be penalized by reason thereof unless it is established that the owner had knowledge of the existence of the gambling devices resulting in license suspension or revocation.
