Text
Violation of any provision of sections347.31to347.40or of any rule of the Board of Animal Health issued pursuant to sections347.31to347.40, or operation of a kennel or as a dealer without a license, or operation of a kennel or as a dealer after revocation of a license or during a period of suspension, shall constitute a misdemeanor.
