Text
Except as to property required to be reported pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1967, sections48.521to48.528, sections345.31to345.60shall not apply to property otherwise subject to sections345.31to345.60which became due or payable or which was in the possession of the holder before January 1, 1944.
