Text
(a)The office must classify licenses listed in section342.10, clauses (1) to (10) and (13) as:
(1)available to social equity applicants who meet the requirements of section342.17; and
(2)available to all applicants.
(b)The office must classify any license issued to a social equity applicant as a social equity license.
