Text
Any person who violates sections332.52to332.58is guilty of a misdemeanor. A violation of sections332.52to332.58is a violation of section325F.69, subdivision 1, and the provisions of section8.31apply. Sections332.52to332.58do not limit or restrict the right of any person to pursue any appropriate remedy for a violation of sections332.52to332.58. The provisions of section45.027apply to the enforcement of sections332.52to332.58.
