Text
Any waiver by a buyer of sections332.52to332.60is void. Any attempt by a credit services organization to have a buyer waive rights provided under sections332.52to332.60is a violation of sections332.52to332.60. In any proceeding involving sections332.52to332.60, the burden of proving an exemption or an exception from a definition is upon the person claiming it.
