Text
The secured party and the debtor and occupant, if the debtor is not the occupant, may agree in writing on a voluntary surrender of the title and possession of the manufactured home to the secured party prior to or after the end of the 30-day period specified under section327.64. The secured party may file the agreement and any other documents necessary to transfer the title in the manner required under chapter 336. When this provision is exercised, notice under section327.64, subdivision 2, is not applicable.
