Subdivision 1.Scope. For the purposes of sections327.61to327.67, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the terms defined in the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in this state, and the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2.Manufactured home. "Manufactured home" means a manufactured home, as defined in section327.31, subdivision 6, which is located in this state, which is subject to a security interest or other valid encumbrance, and which is the principal residence of the manufactured home's occupant; provided, that when used in section327.63, subdivision 2, the term also includes a manufactured home which is not the principal residence of the occupant.
