Text

(a)No person shall operate or cause to be operated a boiler or pressure vessel at a higher pressure than is indicated on the data plate attached to the boiler or pressure vessel.
(b)No master or other person having charge of the machinery of a boat used for the conveyance of passengers in the waters of this state, or engineer or other person having charge of a boiler, steam engine, or other apparatus for generating or employing steam, shall create or allow to be created any condition whereby human life is endangered.
