Text

Subdivision 1.Renewal. A licensee whose fully completed renewal application has been properly and timely filed and who has not received a notice of denial of renewal is considered to have been approved for renewal and may continue to transact business whether or not the renewed license has been received. Applications are timely if received by March 1 of the renewal year. Applications must be made on a form approved by the commissioner. An application for renewal that does not contain all of the information requested is an incomplete application and will not be processed. Subd. 2.Renewal period.
