Subdivision 1.Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish standards for residential building contractor continuing education. Subd. 2.Hours. A qualifying person of a licensee must provide proof of completion of 14 hours of continuing education per two-year licensure period. Credit may not be earned if the licensee has previously obtained credit for the same course as either a student or instructor during the same licensing period. Subd.
