Subdivision 1.Department seminars. This section applies to seminars offered by the department for the purpose of enabling licensees to meet continuing education requirements for license renewal. Subd. 2.Rescheduling. An individual who is registered with the department to attend a seminar may reschedule one time only, to attend the same seminar on a date within one year after the date of the seminar the individual was registered to attend. Subd. 3.Fees nonrefundable. All seminar fees paid to the department are nonrefundable except for any overpayment of fees or if the department cancels the seminar.
