Subdivision 1.Notice of address change. A license holder who moves to an address other than that given on the license certificate shall give written notice to the board within seven days of the move. The notice shall give the new address or location, the date the move was made, and be accompanied by the license, at which time a new license will be made showing the new address or location. Subd. 2.Notice of successor. A corporate or partnership license holder shall, within seven days of the death, resignation, or removal of a person signing the license application, give written notice to the board of the change and the name and address of the successor in the vacated position.
