Subdivision 1.Requirements. The board shall reissue a private detective or protective agent license to a license holder without further board review, if the license holder who has complied with all applicable laws and rules:

(1)submits to the board an application for license reissuance on a form prescribed by the board;
(2)submits to the board a list of all current employees; and
(3)remits the expired license to the board. Subd. 2.Appearance. Nothing in this section shall preclude the board from requiring the appearance of the license holder at a board meeting prior to the reissuance of the license. Subd. 3.Bond and proof of financial responsibility. Each applicant for license reissuance shall maintain a $10,000 surety bond, and show proof of financial responsibility as required in s
