Text

Subdivision 1.Executive director. The commissioner of public safety shall appoint an executive director to serve in the unclassified service at the pleasure of the commissioner. The executive director shall perform the duties as the board and commissioner shall prescribe. Subd. 2.Others. The board may employ and assign duties to other employees or agents as it considers necessary to discharge the functions of the board.
