(a)Sections325M.10to325M.21supersede and preempt laws, ordinances, regulations, or the equivalent adopted by any local government regarding the processing of personal data by controllers or processors.
(b)If any provision of sections325M.10to325M.21or the application of sections325M.10to325M.21to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of sections325M.10to325M.21or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
