Subdivision 1.Consumer contract waivers.
Any provision of a consumer contract which waives or attempts to waive any provision of sections325G.29to325G.36is void.
Subd. 2.Consumer credit transaction contract waivers.
Any provision of a consumer credit transaction contract which waives or attempts to waive any provision of section325G.22is void.
