Text

(a)Knowingly and willfully failing to have a clearly readable price indicated on more than six individual items of the same commodity shall constitute a petty misdemeanor and each commodity not priced in compliance with sections325F.53to325F.55shall constitute a separate violation. Each day that a violation continues shall also constitute a separate violation;
(b)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any person may bring an action to enjoin a violation of sections325F.53to325F.55.
