No person shall sell, offer for sale, or have in possession for the purpose of sale, imitation goods, wares, or merchandise described in section325F.43without the brand, label, or mark required by sections325F.43and325F.44being placed thereon or attached thereto, or remove, conceal, or deface such brand, label, or mark.
