It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, mutilate, obscure, conceal, efface, cancel, or remove any mark provided for by sections325F.35to325F.39, or cause or permit the same to be done with intent to mislead, deceive, or to violate any of the provisions of sections325F.35to325F.39.
