Text

No person shall sell, lease, offer to sell or lease, or deliver or consign for sale or lease, or possess with intent to sell, lease, deliver, or consign for sale or lease, any bedding made, remade, or renovated in violation of sections325F.25to325F.32or any secondhand bedding unless since last used it has been thoroughly sterilized and disinfected as provided under section325F.28. A violation of sections325F.25to325F.32is a misdemeanor. The penalty provisions of section8.31shall apply when any person is found to have violated sections325F.25to325F.32.
