Subdivision 1.Testing procedures. Upon the adoption of specifications under section325F.20, subdivision 1, all insulation used or offered for sale in Minnesota shall be tested in accordance with testing procedures required under those specifications by a laboratory qualified to test thermal insulation. Subd. 2.Sampling by commissioner. The commissioner shall purchase from time to time unopened insulation packages which shall be sent to an approved testing laboratory to test for compliance with the specifications established under section325F.20, subdivision 1.
