Subdivision 1.Scope.
For the purposes of sections325F.172to325F.173, the following terms have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2.Child.
"Child" means a person under three years of age.

Subd. 3.Children's product.
"Children's product" means an empty bottle or cup to be filled with food or liquid that is designed or intended by a manufacturer to be used by a child.

Subd. 4.Enforcement.
Sections325F.173to325F.175may be enforced as provided under sections45.027, subdivisions 1to 6,325F.10to325F.12, and325F.14to325F.16.
