Text

Subdivision 1.Prohibition. A person may not offer for sale or sell any sweeping compound product that the person knows contains petroleum oil. Subd. 2.Labeling. The manufacturer of sweeping compound that is to be sold in this state shall label the packaging for the compound to clearly indicate the type of oil contained in the compound. Subd. 3.Enforcement. In addition to the enforcement mechanisms available for this chapter, the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency may enforce this section under section116.072.
