Subdivision 1.Scope. For the purposes of sections322C.1001to322C.1015, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2.Constituent limited liability company. "Constituent limited liability company" means a constituent organization that is a limited liability company. Subd. 3.Constituent organization. "Constituent organization" means an organization that is party to a merger or exchange. Subd. 4.Converted organization. "Converted organization" means the organization into which a converting organization converts pursuant to sections322C.1007to322C.1010. Subd. 5.Converting limited liability company.
