Text
After the notice of intent to dissolve has been filed with the secretary of state and before a certificate of dissolution has been issued, the corporation, the attorney general, or, for good cause, a creditor or at least 50 members with voting rights or ten percent of the members with voting rights, whichever is less, may apply to a court within the county in which the registered office of the corporation is located to have the dissolution conducted or continued under the supervision of the court under sections317A.751to317A.765.
