Text
(a)Subject to section317A.811, a corporation may be dissolved:
(1)by the incorporators under section317A.711;
(2)by the board and members with voting rights under sections317A.721to317A.733; or
(3)by order of a court under sections317A.741to317A.765.
(b)A corporation also may be dissolved by the secretary of state under section317A.827.
