Text
The articles of a corporation may be amended to include or modify a provision that is required or permitted to appear in the articles or to omit a provision not required to be included in the articles. When articles are amended to restate them, the name and address of each incorporator may be omitted. Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, the articles may be amended or modified only under sections317A.133and317A.139.
