Text

A religious society now conducting its affairs as a Young Men's Christian Association or a Young Women's Christian Association may reincorporate under sections315.44to315.47. The new certificate of incorporation must be executed by all the directors of the association. Upon reincorporation the property of the society passes to and vests in the corporation so formed.
