Text
Upon application to the district court of the county where the society was located by a member of the body in which the property is to vest, under section315.37, the court shall appoint a time for hearing the application. Three weeks' published and posted notice of hearing must be given, and any additional notice the court may direct. If, at the hearing, it appears that a proper case exists under section315.37, the court shall direct a transfer to be made through a trustee appointed by it for that purpose. Affidavits of the notice may be filed in the proceedings, and they are evidence in actions and proceedings in the courts of the state.
